Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 28, 2026. These terms apply to your use of the Independence Metal Roof Coating website.

Using This Website

You may use this website to learn about commercial roof coating and to send us a request about a commercial property. Please give accurate information in the forms.

Ballpark Estimates

The online estimate is a preliminary planning range based only on the roof area you enter. It is not a quote, a bid, or a contract. The actual scope and price depend on an on-roof inspection, the roof's condition, the system chosen, access, and repairs found.

Requests Are Not Appointments

Sending a form or asking for an inspection is a request. It does not confirm an appointment or create an agreement for work. Any work is agreed separately in writing.

Website Content

Information on this website is general information about commercial roofing. It is not engineering, legal, insurance, or tax advice. Confirm permit, code, insurance, and tax questions with the right office or professional.
